British Army Esports Wins C.O.D.E. Bowl VII

British Army Esports took the trophy at the Call of Duty Endowment (C.O.D.E.) Bowl VII, presented by USAA, beating the US Navy in the final at San Diego Race Weekend on 24 June 2026. It’s the first time the Army has won the event.

US, UK, and Canadian military esports teams competed alongside top Call of Duty creators in Call of Duty: Warzone. Team member Gibbo picked up the Monster Energy MVP award for the performance. The win makes the Army only the second UK Armed Forces team to take the trophy, after the RAF’s wins in 2022 and 2025.

The C.O.D.E. Bowl raises money for veteran employment, giving the fixture a purpose beyond the result on the day.
